I saw the head line an thought, "oh no, it's because of the real life yandere, isn't it?" Then they bring up another incident involving school kids!

That was certainly a horrific crime so I can see why the publisher decided to temporarily remove the chapter from their website. The manga has a lot of comedic over the top violence in it but since it was only a single chapter it makes sense that the publisher would want to avoid any controversy.
