Hi there,
Do you know with which manga this Comics News was released ? I guess it's from '91.
Also, I wonder what's the name of that baseball manga on the front page? Maybe Takahashi's work..? Looks like CHIBI... Thanks!

That is Ace! by Takahashi Yōichi.

Is this “comic news” an insert from a magazine or directly off newsstand or bookstore?
I have seen similarly folded advertising pages at the beginning of manga magazines.

These inserts are present in all mangas. Some are also present in some guidebooks or art books, but to my knowledge, magazines does have some kind of survey cards insteads of these leaftlets. I've never seen any magazines with these inserts.
