Well, crap. That sucks. I hope Park-san will recover quickly and completely, and that everything associated with the production and its crew will turn out all right.

Like many plays in Japan, there are already two performers for each of the main character roles. (As noted in the article, the play's other Yubaba/Zeniba cast member is Mari Natsuki, who voiced Yubaba/Zeniba in the original movie.)
However, the theater has since announced that there were multiple COVID-19 case diagnosed, and therefore Tuesday's performances have also been canceled. Understudies won't help if COVID-19 is already spreading within the production.
