That's distressing to see. Hopefully everyone is able to make a full recovery.
I wonder how this will affect Netflix considering the two week delay. Will they catch up or keep the delay?

Netflix has a two-week delay for a reason, most likely a contractual obligation. Until Japan moves forward with its scheduled programming, Netflix will have to pause its viewing schedule as well.
I might well be wrong, but one thing I'm certain of is Netflix will definitely not air any episodes before Japan does.
