Only a matter of time before it gets flown in the US, reasons should be obvious if one has been paying attention since the start of 4547's term back in January 2025. That's about as much detail as I wish to get into, lest I end up annoying the admins.

My neighbor already started doing it, so I wouldn't be shocked to see it already spreading as a trend here.

Seems a bit funny to use pirates who steal to protest budget cuts and misappropriated funds. Nami would probably join those guys
Seems like One Piece is on its way to become the new Star Wars/Harry Potter in people using a fictional show for kids as the only way they can interpret and see real world politics regardless of how well it actually fits a given situation.

People have been drawing and putting MAGA hats on anime characters since 2015. One Piece characters included You can already find tons of anime symbols and characters in American political movements and groups.
