Spanish?
Annecy is 20 miles south of Geneva in the Rhône-Alpes region of France. A good distance away from Spain!
I've been there twice in the past and would like to go again this year. It has been a very pleasant experience with lots of interesting screenings, a excellent atmosphere and a nice little town.

I doubt it will be available commercially.
Nobody sells DVDs with films that are only 1 minute long xD
But there's Youtube...
It might work as some DVD extra though.
I need to go to Annecy some time, they seem to be screening interesting stuff
