I was actually wondering why Mnemosyne is listed as an OAV since it airs on TV before it gets released on DVD. It also commemorates AT-X's tenth anniversary, don't those two points make it a TV series then?

A similar situation happened on Stratos 4 Advance. I'd say its Comment applies to Mnemosyne as well.
