I think I noticed an error in the Encyclopedia's listing of Ray & Rei Omishi. Both are listed as different people, but they're actually the same creator. The Risky-Safety #2 DVD has his name spelled as "Ray" on the cover & "Rei" in the end credits, and various sources online have his name spelled both ways, yet crediting the same person for the same shows (Sorcerer Hunters & Risky-Safety, most prominently).
