I was wondering, does anybody know if the upcoming DVD release of My Neighbor Totoro is going to have both the dub and sub on it? Normally, I'd assume it would, but the price I saw for it was only $14, so it kinda made me wonder if it would be just the dub or have both (I saw it in a comic book preview book for next month's releases)

From what I can tell on some of the release info, it's dub only.
"Fox brings Hayao Miyazaki's 1988 classic animation My Neighbor Totoro to DVD in a pan and scan format with a 2.0 Dolby Surround English dub. Length: 87 minutes; Rating: G. " |

It looks like the R3 DVD has Japanese and Cantonese lanuages with either English or Chinese subtitles. The dub-only I was talking about above is the R1 DVD. |

No, I can get it through normal VHS fansubs, but if I could get it on the regular DVD I'd go that way instead (I'd be alot faster), though I looks like I can't, so I'll have to explore at my other option. |
