Never heard of this and the premise immediately makes me go NOPE. However, I also didn't like the premise of Kakuriyo, but ended up liking it.

I have to agree with the review; not a bad novel by any means, but it never quite hooked me in the way i'd hope a novel this long would do. While the male lead is certainly not as bad as others i've seen, he is more forceful than some would be comfortable with. I plan to check out volume two, but i hope for that to be a more fun read.
