Never seen this one. I know it is a classic for many, but is it worth the watch?

It is. The comedy is great and it has good character development. Its a bit dated considering how old it is but I still enjoy it even now. It tackles serious themes like bullying and even spoiler[suicide]. The English dub is great as well and its one of the few I genuinely enjoy as much as the original Japanese version.

I rated GTO as "very good".

Too bad it is almost certain that Crunchyroll will not have extensive head notes, unlike the old fan subs.

Nice to see this back so more people can watch it. Wouldn't mind it getting a complete adaptation some day.

Oh yes. They don't call them 'classics' for no reason.

And yes, I am biased. However did you guess?

A 100% yes of a 'must-watch' classic anime, indeed! This is also one of the few anime series that has a good live action adaptation, both the 2000 and 2020.
