Negima Facelift

Volume 1 to be Delayed Due to Alterations
Accodring to Ken Akamatsu's homepage, the DVD release of Mahou Sensei Negima! TV will receive a facelift compared to the TV version, with several scenes altered.
In episode 1 a dozen cuts that were not properly supervised will be amended. Episode #2 will be redone in its entirety, with new storyboards from director Nagisa Miyazaki. The opening will be redone with full animation, and from episode #4 onwards all improperly supervised cuts will be redone. Additionally, laces will be added to Kuma-chan's pants.
Starting with episode #10, the Fafner team from Xebec will join the project to work on the animation.
Due to the complete re-production of episode #2, the release of volume 1 will be delayed until the end of May.
