Digital Manga, Yaoi Press to Print English Yaoi Works

Digital Manga's 801 Media imprint confirmed with ANN that it will release Jo Chen's English-language yaoi graphic novel In These Words. The 200-page graphic novel is scheduled for a print release on June 12. Chen's website (Note: NSFW) describes the story as follows:

Asano Katsuya is an US trained psychiatrist who had been recruited by the Tokyo Police Department to provide a profile through the victims' data. Based on Asano's profile and recommendation, an elaborate plan was put in place to lure the serial killer out. It was within months the plan bore a successful result. After three years and twelve victims, Shinohara Keiji was finally in the police custody. Shinohara had promised a thorough confession, however, on the absolute term that Asano has to be the one to receive it. Besides the curious request by the killer whom Asano was only familiar with on paper, disturbing nightmares began to plague him as soon as he was given the case…

Yaoi Press also revealed that it will release Yamila Abraham and Yifeng Jiang's Punishment one-shot boys-love graphic novel in July. Yaoi Press describes the story as follows:

As the son of a former Prime Minister, Vishva could have any government job he wants. He chooses to work as someone who canes political prisoners. Vishva's despicable personality makes him the most loathed person in the department. That is, until an ethnic minority is hired. Fang took the wretched job because there are few prospects for him in their country. He's quickly exposed to prejudice and abuse. Vishva befriends Fang because it infuriates his co-workers. But, the more he studies him, the more fascinated he becomes...
