Mobile Suit Gundam-san 4-Panel Gag Manga Gets Anime
posted on by Egan Loo
The August issue of Kadokawa's Gundam Ace magazine is announcing on Thursday that Hideki Ohwada's Kidō Senshi Gundam-san (Mobile Suit Gundam-san) manga is being adapted into anime. The four-panel comedy manga features Amuro, Lalah, Char, and other characters from Yoshiyuki Tomino and Sunrise's classic real robot anime franchise in "side-splitting gags."
Owada (Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku - The Legend of Koizumi) launched the manga in the magazine in 2001, and Kadokawa published the 12th compiled volume in Japan in March. Owada's Great Magical Gap (Magical Witch Punie-chan) and Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku manga also inspired anime.
The Internet domain name "Gundam-san.net" was registered under Sunrise's name in February, the same month that "g-reco.net" was registered for the Gundam G no Reconguista anime. There are currently no website at the "Gundam-san.net" address.
