Otona no Bōguya-san Comedy Manga About Fantasy Armor Shop Gets Short TV Anime

Fumi Ayamiya's Otona no Bōguya-san (Adult Armor Shop) manga is inspiring a series of television anime shorts that will premiere on Tokyo MX on October 8.

The four-panel fantasy comedy manga is set in a world of sword and sorcery. The story begins when a young villager named Kautsu comes upon a unique armor shop that only deals with a certain kind of equipment for female adventurers.
The cast includes:
Nao Tōyama as Ririetta, the armor shop's sales girl/model
Takahiro Sakurai as Naaden, the shop proprietor who loves erotic equipment
Nichika Omori as Mokuku (not pictured)
Mikako Komatsu as Furearika
Chiaki Takahashi, M.A.O, and cosplayer Enako are also in the cast in unspecified roles, although Enako is also narrating the opening crawl.
Junichi Yamamoto (TIME DRIVER: Bokura ga Kaita Mirai) is directing the anime at IMAGICA Image Works, and Domeshi and Yamamoto are in charge of the series scripts. Kosuke Iwanaga (Sengoku Night Blood episode animation director) is designing the characters, except Kyashii is designing the in-game characters. Keiji Inai (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, TIME DRIVER: Bokura ga Kaita Mirai, The Royal Tutor) is composing the music.
