Ani-One Streams Orient Season 2, Black Summoner, 2 More Anime

YouTube channel also streams iii icecrin 2, Yurei Deco anime in July

Hong Kong content distributor MediaLink Entertainment Limited's Ani-One YouTube channel announced on its Facebook page that it will simulcast four new anime. The channel will stream:

  • The second cours (quarter of a year) for the television anime of Shinobu Ohtaka's Orient manga on July 11 at 10:00 p.m. IST.
  • iii icecrin 2 (pronounced "i i i icecrin double"), the second season for the iii icecrin television anime, on July 2 at 5:00 a.m. IST.
  • The television anime adaptation of Doufu Mayoi and Kurogin's Black Summoner (Kuro no Shōkanshi) light novel series on July 9 at 6:30 p.m. IST.
  • Science SARU's upcoming television anime Yurei Deco (also written as You0 DECO — the number zero is pronounced "rei" in Japanese) on July 3 at 7:30 p.m. IST.

Alongside Hong Kong and India, all four anime will stream in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

iii icecrin 2, Black Summoner, and Yurei Deco will also stream in Fiji, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu. Black Summoner and Yurei Deco will also stream in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritius, New Caledonia, and Timor-Leste.

Additionally, iii icecrin 2 will stream in Afghanistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Kiribati, Niue, Pitcairn Islands, and Tokelau; and Yurei Deco will stream in Northern Mariana Islands.

Ani-One describes Orient 2:

Musashi's group encountered Uesugui Samurai and their leader Tatsuomi Uesugui in Harima. People had gathered to slay the Yamata no Orochi which threatened the island. Musashi Samurai and Takeda Samurai decided to join the battle, along with some other samurai groups. Now, the fiercest battle of all begins!

Tetsuya Yanagisawa (Shattered Angels, High School DxD, Senran Kagura Shinovi Master) directed the anime's first part at ACGT. Mariko Kunisawa (Ascendance of a Bookworm, Magimoji Rurumo, Hatsukoi Limited) was in charge of series scripts. Takahiro Kishida (Serial Experiments Lain, Baccano!, Haikyu!!) designed the characters. Hideyuki Fukasawa (Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, Flowers of Evil, Katsugeki: Touken Ranbu) composed the music.

Ohtaka (Magi) launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Magazine in May 2018. The manga moved to Kodansha's Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in February 2021.

Ani-One describes iii icecrin 2:

Welcome to the Ice-Cream Town of excitement and anticipation! The cute icecrins living in this town everyday play and solve problems together. They also decorate each other with toppings! Let's also have fun today!

The anime will premiere in Japan on July 2.

The new series will feature a returning staff. Juria Matsumura (TsukiPro the Animation) directed the first season at Shin-Ei Animation. Hiroko Fukuda (Amanchu! Advance) was in charge of series composition. Kenta Higashiohji (Super Shiro, Pocket Monster Koko) composed the music.

The anime is a collaboration between Shin-Ei Animation and Okinawa-based ice cream company Blue Seal Ice Cream.

Aya Matsui (Inai Inai Baa!/Peek-a-Boo! show's Ūtan character) designed the characters who spend their days at Ice Cream Town. The characters are a fusion of 15 various flavors of Blue Seal ice cream with bears, capybaras, otters, pandas, and other animals.

The first anime premiered in April 2021. Ani-One Asia streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

Ani-One describes Black Summoner:

Waking up in a strange new place, Kelvin learnt that he has been reincarnated into another world. He soon had the Goddess of Reincarnation Melfina to work for him and bartered away his memories in exchange for powerful new abilities. Summoner Kelvin began his new life here, and the fierce battles are going to start!

The anime will premiere in Japan on July 9.

Yoshimasa Hiraike (Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku, Sketchbook ~full color'S~, AKB0048) is directing the anime at Satelight, and is also overseeing the series scripts. Miwa Oshima (Ao-chan Can't Study!, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!) is designing the characters for animation. Satoshi Motoyama is the sound director, and MICHIRU and Yuria Miyazono are composing the music.

Mayoi began serializing the original story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in October 2014, where it is still ongoing. Gin Ammo launched the manga adaptation of the novels on Overlap's Comic Gardo website in January 2018.

Ani-One describes Yurei Deco:

In this data-managed society, citizens are required to use the technology Deco to interact with the virtual spaces Hyperverse. But rumors begin to spread about the "Zero Phenomenon"… One day, Berry encounters a "ghost", who appears to be invisible, and thus decides to learn the truth about Phantom Zero and the Zero Phenomenon!

The anime will premiere in Japan on July 3.

Tomohisa Shimoyama (Super Shiro) is directing the anime, and Dai Sato (Eureka Seven script supervisor, 10 Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex episodes, three Cowboy Bebop episodes) is in charge of series scripts.

Clammbon performs the opening theme song "1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 LOVE." Hack'nBerry, a unit composed of the main voice actors Mira Kawakatsu (Berry) and Anna Nagase (Hack), performs the ending theme song "Aimuin Love." The opening and ending theme songs, as well as three original soundtracks, will debut on July 3.
