BURBANK, CA (December 9, 2004) - Kids' WB! is celebrating the month of
December by getting into the holiday spirit and decking the halls with
the distinguished Holiday Sock "on-hand" to wish everyone a happy
holiday season! On Saturday, December 11 (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET), the
network invites viewers to the fourth annual "Holiday Sock Party" from
the North Pole and hosted by everyone's favorite tube sock! Viewers
won't want to miss the exciting party this year as the Holiday Sock grants
kids their unique wishes from all around the country. From more than
10,000 entries received, eight lucky kids will have their wishes granted
- Kids' WB! style!

Kids' WB!'s Saturday morning schedule also will be highlighted by
all-new episodes of Teen Titans, Xiaolin Showdown, twice the treat of
Pokémon Advanced Challenge and a very Merry Christmas episode of ¡Mucha
Lucha! Gigante, entitled "The Match Before Christmas" when Rikochet, Flea
and Buena Girl must put the smackdown on an evil Santa in order to save
Christmas! This really, really gigante series, produced by Warner Bros.
Animation, also will wrestle its way back onto the weekday lineup,
beginning Monday, December 13, at 3:30 p.m. ET, along with animé-hit
Pokémon in the 3:00 p.m. ET time period.

During the morning of Saturday, December 18, kids also will be invited
to participate in the "Guess Who's In The Sock Sweepstakes."
Four-hundred lucky viewers will have the opportunity to win one of 200 Gi Joe
Valor Vs. Venom(tm) Thunderwing Jet With Slipstream Action Figure or one
of 200 Furreal Friends(tm) Luv Cubs(tm) from Hasbro, Inc. To be
eligible to win, kids will need to identify "characters that pop out of the
sock" during Kids' WB!'s Saturday morning lineup (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
ET/7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. PT) and enter the sweepstakes by logging onto
www.KidsWB.com. Kids' WB! will be teaming up with Hasbro, Inc. for
this sock-popping promotion.

On Saturday, December 25, Kids' WB! will celebrate Christmas morning
with a festive lineup of holiday favorites, including The WB's primetime
classic specials A Scooby-Doo Christmas at 8:00 a.m. ET / 7:00 a.m. PT
and Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer (9:00 - 10:00 a.m. ET / 8:00 -
9:00 a.m. PT). In addition, an encore presentation of the ¡Mucha Lucha!
Gigante Christmas themed episode will air at 8:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m.
PT.

A Scooby-Doo Christmas, produced by Warner Bros. Animation, follows the
Scooby Gang as they stumble upon the quaint town of Winter Hollow.
They quickly discover that strangers are not welcome and Christmas is not
discussed due to a ghostly headless snowman who appears every Yuletide
to destroy people's houses, along with their holiday joy. To Shaggy
and Scooby's dismay, Fred, Daphne and Velma decide to spend a chilling
Christmas Eve at the local inn to solve the mystery of the snowman and
bring the spirit of Christmas back to Winter Hollow.

Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, loosely based on the 1979 song with
music and lyrics by Randy Brooks, is a goofy and heartwarming holiday
escapade. Young Jake Spankenheimer's beloved Grandma goes missing on
Christmas Eve. To the disbelief of his doting parents, rebellious sister
and fun-loving Grandpa, Jake sets out on the quest of a lifetime - to
save the family store from his conniving, greedy cousin Mel, track down
Grandma...and prove that Santa Claus is indeed real.
