Crunchyroll and Warner Bros. Entertainment, Japan Present Exclusive Terraformars Anime Screening at New York Comic Con
San Francisco, Calif. (October 1, 2014) – Crunchyroll, Inc., the leading global Anime and Asian drama streaming service, will co-host an exclusive English subtitled screening of the uncensored version of the new Terra Formars anime in conjunction with Warner Bros. Entertainment, Japan Inc. at the New York Comic Con on Saturday October 11, 2014 from 7:15 pm to 8:00 pm in room 1A14
This special event will also include the world premiere of a new extended Terra Formars trailer, and a free giveaway for all attendees. A short panel presentation by Crunchyroll will follow the screening. The New York Comic Con will be held at the Javits Center from October 9-12. Based on the manga series written by Yū Sasuga and illustrated by Kenichi Tachibana, Terra Formars makes its anime debut as a startling work of science fiction and adventure. With Earth becoming increasingly overpopulated, an ambitious plan has been put into place to terraform Mars using mold and cockroaches. Nearly 500 years after the plan, a mission to Mars, Annex 1, is under way to accomplish crucial research into the Virus currently plaguing mankind with the crew members who've been injected with various DNA of life on Earth in order to combat the Terra Formars, giant humanoid cockroaches.
