Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate Takes Home Seven NYX Awards
Tokyo, Japan / May 8th, 2023 Japanese game developer MyDearest is proud to receive seven awards from the prestigious NYX Award Show, which recognizes outstanding achievement in game development, print, digital, video, audio, and other categories.
The latest title from MyDearest, Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate, took home awards in the new Meta Quest VR subcategory. These distinguishments include:
- Grand Winner of Best Adventure
- Grand Winner of Best Storytelling
- Grand Winner of Best Narrative
- Gold Winner of Best Art Direction
- Gold Winner of Best Visual Art
- Gold Winner of Best Audio Design
- Gold Winner of Best Character Design
The NYX Awards have been going strong since 2018 and this the first year of the Meta Quest VR subcategory. Dyschronia took home the most awards in the category, reinforcing what users on the Meta Quest Store and PlayStation VR2 have been saying since the game's release.

About Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate:
Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate takes place in the city of Astrum Close where the crime rate is only 0.001%. Protagonist Hal Scion is a young investigator who possesses a special ability called “Memory Dive” that allows him to see into and alter the past and he uses this ability to collect evidence for investigations. When the founder of Astrum Close is found dead, Hal must take up the case in order to solve this theoretically “impossible” murder.
