You're crazy, egoist - Orange Hair Juggs is where it's at. Although her unwillingness to go to a "love hotel" with a virtual stranger was rather deplorable.

Are you kidding me? We already have a slut this season who already has a boyfriend, and that one alone is enough!
That guy also defiled One Piece's divinity, so he totally doesn't deserve to get laid with tsundere-chan.

Nice Eppie, though I, for some reason, had yaoi goggles on. I was giggling a lot during the beginning when Yukiatsu was on top of Jintan asking questions.
I don't know why, but I'm respecting Yukiatsu more, maybe because of what he said. I like Tsurumi, but I'm starting to think she's a bitch in some sense. I agree with what Tsurumi said to Anaru, she needs to stop hanging around her "friends". They don't seem like friends at all, just a bunch of sluts/whores. That karaoke scene somewhat proves my thoughts of them.
I like Popo's persistence to try and help out Menma even if he can't see her. Can't remember much after all this and I watched it yesterday.
Awaiting the next eppie.

I swear when Poppo was yelling for Menma near the end that he had some crazy eyes going. We might be coming close to finding out about some demons in his closet.
Actually one thing has been bothering me. No one can seen Menma but Jintan yet it doesn't seem like it would be difficult to prove she exists to everyone else. She made those muffins right? Why not have her make a sandwich in front of the others? She eats food, like the pocky in the last episode, so why not have her eat something?

So my speculation now - and it's not very different from what I started with - is that Menma is not being held back from "moving on" by any regrets she has; she's being held back by the regrets of her former friends. Until those are resolved, she won't be able to ascend Heaven to play with purple polka-dotted ponies or whatever people do up there.
Interesting, however, to find out that Menma, before she died, called the group together because she wanted to talk about something with them. Very curious as to what that was supposed to be about.

I know its kind of a silly question
but do you think Anaru would let me do her if I asked?
Edit: On a more serious note
this series refuses to disappoint me. We are blessed with realistic characters and interactions. It is a compelling little coming of age story that while being a tad cheesy (which is not nessecarily bad) still creates suspense because both the characters and the issues which are dealt with are very close to reality.
A sense of familiarity that makes this story work.
On less serious note
How cheesy would it be if the-flower-they-saw-that-day was a Forget-Me-Not?^^

I always believe it never hurts to ask, though I think Blood- claimed her first.
To me this show is what Hanasaku Iroha wishes it was. I know the concepts are different but this show does drama, music, comedy and character interactions so much better.
In terms of speculation I half agree with Blood- although I think regrets may be had by all at this point. I am still waiting for Poppo's background, afterall he has travelled a lot of the world at such a young age, a normal person would not (but would love to) do that.

You are correct, sir. However, if Anaru's gossip-mongering classmates are to be believed, asking may not be enough - you might have to pony up some cash.

If you check ANN's top 10 you'll notice that this show is currently at second. That's sorta disturbing because trolls will fly to it like vultures to corpses.

I love this show so far. This is truly entertaining, deep, realistic and wonderful--why can't more shows coming out be like this? No, instead we have a constant avalanche of moe, harem, lolicon, eroge adaptations and ecchi-bordering-on-hentai, with a few rare gems like this.

Nah I am a troll and my troll-senses tell me this show isn´t very trollable.
Ano Hana fits actually very well in the top 10 of this site.
However I need to catch the trollercoaster or else i´ll be late for my trollmeeting. It is rumored that there are yaoi undertones in Tiger and Bunny.

Does anyone else think Poppo might be full of it? He says he uses the fort for when he's in Japan, but why? Why wouldn't you just stay at your parents? Also, there's a lot of stuff in that fort considering he supposedly doesn't live there full time.
I don't know what it is, but lately, Poppo has seemed really sketchy to me. I don't think he's bad or plotting something, but I think he might be telling half truths and whole lies.
As for it's ranking: Eh, I don't know. So far, for me, I'd give it an 8. It's a great show and my second favorite this season, but it hasn't knocked my socks completely off. Of course, though, like most dramas the best episodes are usually the last ones, so that could change depending on how heavy hitting the ending is.

Started falling since I posted about it. Just like I thought, there's indeed some people who feel the need to keep the ranking in proper order, and "by proper" order I clearly mean the way they like it. Experiment successful, and let's just watch it as it receives a bunch of 0-3/10.

The very structure of the show makes him seem suspicious.
It features the characters during their daily routine and explores their motivations and inner conflicts.
Poppo however is left out by this focus. We never see a scene from his perspective.
And then there is the fact that he is living in the secret base.
While supposedly travelling the world he always returns to this place. He seems to be stuck.

Agreeance on Poppo not being all that meets the eye. Naturally, it wouldn't make sense if one of the group had been completely unaffected by Menma's death.
He did, however, have the best line of the episode ... the one about the secret fort being soaked up with manly fluids including - but not limited to - sweat and tears.
