You said "Kuraki sang the theme song for two opening and two ending songs for Case Closed", but she's actually sang six opening songs for the Conan TV series:
Winter Bells
Kaze no la la la
Growing of My Heart
Ichibyo Goto ni Love for you
Revive
SUMMER TIME GONE

She did six ending themes for the Conan TV series as well:
Secret of my heart
Start in my life
always
Shiroi Yuki
Tomorrow is the last Time
Your Best Friend (the current ending)

As well as the ones you mentioned she did for the movies.

And someone beat me to it. Mai Kuraki does my favorite OPs/EDs for the series and I was pretty certain my favorite list was longer than 4 songs ^^;;

She does some good OP/EDs...

Summer Time Gone is great, and Always is my favorite Conan ending, though that might be because Ran looks oddly seductive in it.
