Kakashi homage/cameo in Hunter x hunter manga

Kakashi from Naruto appeared in chapter 215 of hunter x hunter on pages 6-9. He is apparently a doctor with a Sharigian(spelling?) and is a very minor character. Also another noteworthy cameo is this one:

Sailor Moon (as one of Togashi's pre-chapter sketches) as thanks towards Sailor Moon's writer, Naoko Takeuchi, for her help with the colored artwork and toning in Hunter × Hunter's first volume. This happened, notably, before their marriage in 1999.

What other cameos or homages are there in other manga? Also how common are they? And what are your thoughts on this? Is it plagrisim or a homage as it was originally designed?

Well, I know in the one volume of Bobobo that got translated by viz (volume 9) in the final chapter spoiler[YugiOh pops out of Bobobo's hair]

There was a Death Note parody in Bobobo too.

Also, if I remember correctly, the HxH anime had two cameos of Yoshihiro Togashi wearing a dogmask. Pretty random if you notice them.

I don't know where it's collected, but I beleive it's just a one-shot (it's a parody of Chapter 17 of Death Note.) For the record, I beleive Obata did a Bobobo one-shot (I've only seen the stray image or two so I can't confirm it)

The Final Fantasy VII heroes make an appearance in Yami no Matsuei volume 3. There's a reference in a later volume that has books labled "Final VII" "Final VIII" and "Final IX".

Amazing Nurse Nanako shows up in GetBackers.

I don't remember off-hand what the homage is too, but I know the character Oda Kyuu in Ceres: Celestial Legend is supposed to be one to something.
