Odd. I thought that Disney would have released it. Is Disney's contract for Ghibli films that loose?

I believe Disney has first option. If they pass, Ghibli can find other distribution.
Since Poppy Hill was, in Disney's eyes, going to be a really hard sell to American audiences, they passed on this one.

FINALLY! Now if only Earthsea could get a Blu-ray as well. I may be in the minority on that one, but I still hope for it happening.
