I told her she should host the video on a site that allows higher quality, and to get some light in there.
She said her mom just got a new digicam, and she'll try it with that soon. |

Wow....! How much, rough estimate, do you think she's spent on all that? I'm very curious (aka: greedy) 
My own collection is not nearly brag-worthy. I rarely spend money on figures and the like, but even if I collected merchandise, I'm much too poor and lazy to have such a large collection.  Sometimes, though, a figure is too cute to pass up...

Jesus H Christ that's a lot. How much money did all of that cost?! I have about the same, or more, in terms of manga but my figures pale in comparison. |

I asked her, and she said a thousand'ish. I cried bullshit. There's no way her collection has only cost her a G when mine (which pales in comparison to hers) cost me well over 100 dollars v_v
as far as dusting them, she says that she dusts them weekly and vacuums her plushies weekly as well...I don't think i've dusted my figures since i got them last september v_v. Well, maybe once. |

Yeah, I'm not sure about the price there... Those guns alone were around 200 dollars if I recall correctly, and figures are quite expensive. Even at about a dollar a piece I'm not sure if that cost a thousand dollars... I don't have a figure collection, and I don't have a camera anyway for the rest of my stuff. I do have roughly 30 DVDs now, though, and I'm continuing to collect as much as possible. If I complete the sets that I have started, I'll have about 50. Don't read manga right now, though, so I don't have any of that. |

I think she's yanking your chain. I don't have anywhere near the volume of figures your friend has, but I do know that my little lot cost over a US$1000 easily.
Weekly?!? Ack, I dust mine when I remember to; I cleaned & dusted my colection just only yesterday, & it took me all day to do.  Do you reckon she'll come over to my house & clean my toys for me? *lol*

Alter's Eri figure has a skin a little bit yellow, I think it's its only flaw but it's the best Eri figure ever made. 
It's availabe on many websites if you still want to buy it, here for example.
