Technically you can translate it to guts, not guts biologically, but to have guts mentally, when in competition. The term has been used on several occasions, including when I would be at high school practice or at tournaments. It's what I would call a Japanese thing. And no, it's not a reference to the character named Guts from Berserk at all.

Ok, that makes sense. Especially when what it says on his shirt changes with his emotions. I can't remember what exactly it said, but I remember when Mechazawa discovered that they guys did something with his little brother, according to the subs, his shirt then said something like "angry" or "furious" or something like that.

How do you change the url link to stop at a specific post, or point? I know that it has something to do with #000000 as the point, but I have no idea how to find that point. I tried looking for the answer on the internet and came up short. I remember I knew how to do this at some point, but that was years and years ago back in college. Thanks for any help Smile

If you are referring to this forum, see the little page next to where it says "posted date time etc." click on that, then that url will show up at the top of the screen, then copy and paste from there.

If that is not what you are talking about then I can't help you.

And I thought you guys are forum veterans. Shocked Guess most of you have never played any typical adventure game on a PC -- there's a technique called "pixel hunting," a good way to train one's eyes to spot tiny "irregularities" on the screen.

Thanks Lydia, that basically is what I wanted, at least for these forums. To ask anything more would be off topic. And here I was thinking there was an indirect manual way to do it, and it turns out it is right under your nose. Thanks again Very Happy

If I remember correctly, it was dormcat who pointed that out to me! So, don't worry, I didn't know about it at one time either.

If you're using IE, you can also right-click on that page icon and select "Copy Shortcut" from the drop down menu, and the next time you paste it will paste the URL also. Anime smile

Not sure if I had told you personally, as I couldn't find the original post/PM, but I had mentioned the function here.

In Firefox it's called "Copy Link Location."

Starting from the days of Windows 95, I've been telling people "if you are not sure what you can do with an object, right-click it!" However, most Windows users never realize this advantage (over Macs, where the equivalent action requires another hand to press the control key) and always use their mouses as if only have one button on it. Even after the introduction of scrolling wheel, very few realize that the wheel is also a clickable button.

Sorry for the rant... Rolling Eyes

Can anyone help?

I remember seeing a film on i thin BBC2 when i was young, i only have very vague memories, of it, and i remember not understanding it.

The film opens with a weird planet or space station spinning.

The plot was along the lines, of a child (i think a girl) being taken by her farther across a baron planet, they crash or become seperated.

The girl befriends a weird creature, which follows her around, it looks vaguely bipedal/quadrapedal. The girl sees a hole which looks kind of sinister, the creature goes into the hole and strange worm like things kill it. The girl looks a bit sad and wonders off.

If i remember correctly, it ends with the girl in a hospital, on the space station or weird planet thing.

I'll try and remember more if i can.

Anyone have any ideas?

How long ago were you very young? The only anime films I remember as a child are Laputa on TV and some generic giant robot thing we hired on VHS.
