I’m hoping that it’s not another CG movie.

It's a CG movie, which should be obvious from the CG characters on the poster and the CG footage in the teaser PV released months ago. It could be peppered with traditional animation like Precure Dream Stars, but the staff hasn't been revealed, so there's no way to tell yet.

Forgot to mention that the director is Miyamoto Hiroshi.

And yes, that means it's going to be 3DCG (if the poster didn't give that away yet). He previously directed one part of the GoPri movie and the Dream Stars movie.

Tbh, the CG in the more recent Precure movies has been really good, so I don't mind this one being in CG also.

Full CG, nope, nope, and nope.

You know what would really get me back into supporting Precure again, a Musou title or maybe another fighting game with all of the Precure and main villains available as playable characters. Have it available on PS4 or most likely the Switch and I'd spend the $75 to import the game.

I'm hoping they don't make the series in full CG. I'm praying to God that never happens.

Contrary to what we might prefer, the past few years of children's media have taught me that little kids don't much care about whether the show or movie they're watching is done in lackluster CG.

Thing is, the CGI for Precure in recent years is probably some of the CGI in anime.
