Did this really need to be 15+ volumes, though? The source novel has 3.
I never quite understood what happened to Satoshi Shiki. His art in Before the Fall is pretty decent in my eyes, but nothing to write home about. Too many close-ups, backgrounds are rare, sparse, and often filled with weird lighting to avoid drawing the thing in whole. I feel like his art peaked with the first volume of Kamikaze and was never that good again ever since. Idk. |

Finally the end to this trainwreck is drawing near. People say Bleach, Naruto and Fairy Tail had dragged out stories. They should give this a read... Big fat volumes full of meh art and even more meh "plot".
