Woh what happened for both Conan and MHA to get such good ratings? I mean I liked the episode myself, but I'm curious if there was any specific thing.

It's probably because of the scorching hot weather in Japan in which people would have probably stayed at home watching TV then be burnt to a crisp outside. It's very satisfying numbers though.
