She was great in those films and very much the emotional core of the stories. It's truly tragic her life was cut so short right when it was about to begin

People with hearing impairments are, like a lot of people with impairments, vastly underrepresented in media. A loss like her can't possibly be easy to bear for those who connected with her character in the movies. Condolences to those that felt it the most.

Condolences to family, friends and fans. I admit I am unfamiliar with her work. But I'm sure someone who was this notable at that age had a promising future, now cut too short.

Yeah, I heard about Kaylee's death early in the morning via social media. That's really sad and unfortunate. I was hoping if ANN would report on this.

Though I'm not familiar with her, it's still sad to hear of her passing. I have a nephew her age, so her passing hits a bit close to home.
