Psst - Lauren’s listed twice, and Amy not at all. Oversight?

Fall looks a lot better than summer so I'm pretty excited for this one (I resorted to rewatching K-on for the millionth time to get my dose of anime).

Nothing really jump at me but I'm excited for Kyoani new show. I don't know if I'll enjoy it since Free did nothing for me (I'm fine with the fan service but boy were the character/story boring) and I'm really not into sport so I hope we don't end up with character spending half the episode talking about how much they enjoy there sports. But then again it's kyoani.

I wonder how many slave girl the goblin slayer will have by the end of the first half? Will they go for broke and have over 10 (with 3 sister, one big, one small and one not related by blood)?

Bloom into you... Eeeeeee I dunno, Yuri/Yaoi stuff tend to be incredibly formulaic, so I feel like after you've seen 2-3 you've seen them all. This sounds like it's going to go the "Mary watch over us" route with all the character being pure girl who are just exploring rather than the citrus route with everybody being a sexual predator.

SSSS.Gridman, Trigger is just not for me when they do actual plot rather than more episodic setting. Doubly so when doing mech (never made it far in gurren laggan and saw the train wreck of darling from a mile away).

I saw anime Yell and laugh so hard cause they looked so much like the lucky star ending cheerleader outfit and the MC name even kinda sound like Konata.

Gurazeni got a second season? I didn't dislike the show and it is pretty unique but I literally didn't hear anyone even talk about it, never though it had enough popularity to justify another season.

Otherwise it's like usual, so many anime but it's impossible to tell the quality from the premise, anime excel at ruining the best premise and elevating the worse.

Honestly, aside from a few sequels and some sports anime series that are about other sports not named Basketball, Baseball and Soccer, this season has so, so many uninteresting titles. Lots of average CGDCTs, isekai adaptations that sound like they´ll be awful, that Goblin Slayer that may have its appeal more based on the girls from the poster and I supposed the novels it´s based on are mediocre as well, and nothing else of interest. I also have a hard time guessing which series this season will be picked up by Netflix, though I expect at least Tsurune is picked up, especially after the impressive Violet Evergarden. But anyways, not much to watch.

Ohhh, I can guarantee you that it will not be like Marimite as there's not much fussing around in the romance department. It also helps the school the main characters reside in is co-ed just to make it more dynamic.

It is weird to think that Vento Aureo is only a week away, it doesn't feel like all that long ago that it was announced.

Shock! A yuri anime of the non sexual predator kind where male character are present. The things people come up with nowaday. Lauren write up made it sounds like romance wasn't really going to be involved, or at least never addressed.

Sword Art Online Alicization is the anime I'm looking forward to the most, but I won't watch it weekly so I'm looking forward to watch it like in Fall 2019 or something. Unless they'll have a cour or a year long break at half-way point in which case I'll be waiting even longer.

I'm also looking forward to Index season 3 and that one I'm going to follow weekly. Some people have been saying that the stuff they've revealed about the 3rd season suggests they are going to be adopting quite a few novels which has lead to worries about pacing. I hope it turns out okay.

A Dengeki Daioh serial that looks like yuri at first glance, it's the story of Yuu, a high school girl who has never felt romantic attraction. When she opens up to upperclassman Touko, the older girl confesses her love for Yuu. You'd think this would automatically bloom into a romance, but many fans read Yuu as asexual

The author literally calls it a yuri romance in the afterwords. Framing it like this comes across as extremely homophobic. 'Yuri at first glance?' yuri at every glance. It's yuri.

Boy, is Golden Wind going to let down some of the staff here. Not that it will be bad, it's just if you are expecting a step-up from Diamond is Unbreakable or even Stardust Crusaders, you are setting yourself up for disappointment about things you won't being getting until Part 6 or 7 really.

I of course was already on board for Tsurune, but now I'm also kinda hyped for Jingai-san no Yome, which I hadn't heard of before. I hope it's as promising as it sounds. I expect I'll enjoy SAO as well, being neither a hater nor a fan. The franchise has always been entertaining, even when it's being stupid as shit.
