Well, that looked pretty cool if you ask me. Definitely something to look forward to in the Summer season. And Mappa can do no wrong...

I don't know why, but It only took a couple of seconds for me to guess this was from MAPPA. I think it's the detailing of the characters' faces that recurs across the MAPPA shows I have watched. I see that aspect of their work in shows as different as Apollon, Bahamut, Dororo, and maybe even Yuri. Haven't watched that since it aired.
This one looks right up their alley. |

The trailer looks good and Mappa usually has a good success rate with action series. I know that the sacred beast manga is 5 years ago but it is amusing that Fairy gone was released the previous season. The ending theme is even called HHOOWWLL and in Fairy gone spoiler[Howl was the name of one of the fairy's attacks.]
