Aha! So they DID learn from the utter disaster that was Atlantica in KH2!

At first I was a little disappointed that they won't be releasing the whole Kingdom Hearts Trilogy on Nintendo Switch, but then I saw the trailer and I was impressed by it. This game looks like it will be so much fun.

Only kingdom hearts would make a music rhythm game their next mainline story entry.
I am all for kiari actually doing stuff so this is a PLUS and makes me actually interested....If not the fact that kingdom hearts has one of the best sound tracks in video gaming, or that it is coming to switch |

didn't know that...i was excited to get it just because of the music, but now its going to follow the ending of KH 3? well least its better then chain of memories and that card battle system. thought this was more like the ff music games on the 3ds or the persona dancing games... just there for the glory of the ost. |

Not sure if this is going to work. A rhythm game needs good songs and it stands and falls with those. This is why most Project Diva games are great, but this is also why the Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight was kinda meh, too many bad remixes. Kingdom Hearts doesn't really have a lot of songs and a rhythm game with mainly or only soundtracks will get boring pretty fast. The only thing that could save the game is if it's going to be more like a QTE game than a rhythm game.
The card based battle system was great, the game had a lot of other problems though. |
