On one hand, I want to be happy about this as I want to get into Bang Dream, but I find that anything not focused on Poppin' Party is usually good to me. On the other hand, I know the anime's gonna use that really ugly, janky all CGI-style. Eh, maybe I'll give it a try for once.

You get used to the CGI, and it’s really not that bad. It’s not gonna be winning any animation awards anytime soon, but it feels like watching a show made out of video game cutscenes.

I'm in general not a fan of all-CGI animation either, but if there's one genre that has a justifiable reason to be using it, it's musical anime. I can't blame anyone for not wanting to animate a guitarist's fingers the old fashioned way. They can't all be KyoAni.
