The Japanese TV broadcast was one episode behind the release on streaming services the whole season because it didn't start with two episodes at once. Promotion always prioritized the former and kinda just pretended people online weren't always an episode ahead. The S2 announcement appeared right at the end of the TV broadcast of the final episode, they didn't just wait a week for no reason. |
Ok? The more important part of what I said is that they aren't even pretending there's a date any time soon despite the clearly truncated nature of the cour lol

They were just explaining why the one week "wait" happened lol. Your post did kind of imply that there was some meaning to the "wait".
But yes, it does seem like the show won't be coming out any time soon. 2028 at the earliest, it seems.

Well said! And oh, how I hope this series follows her journey for a long time. Can you imagine seeing her advance as an apprentice witch? Or a time skip to see everyone older?
