I haven't really heard of any. There used to be US Godzilla comics a few years ago. I don't know if it was canceled or not. I think kaiju anime would probably take some of the fun out of kaiju, since actors in rubber suits and modeled cities add charm. Super Robo anime seem to be the closest substitute.

While it didn't do well in this country, NeoRanga would qualfy as Kaiju (big monster) Anime.
The plot is about three sisters who inherent the God of a south seas island, Barou. Their apparently deceased brother had married into the royal family. They end up the next heirs, a job they reject and fly back to Tokyo. Several months latter, the God, Ranga, swims to Tokyo, in a Godzilla like form, looking for the girls, as the not very successful of the SDF trys to to stop him. The quality of this show is very uneven in my opinion. In fact, it's my personal nominee for show that had good idea and could have been a great hit if the writers had done a better job. Still, the first disk is solid and only five and six are awful. Also, Tagami, Guardian of Darkness (3 episode OVA) would qualify. A couple Japanese Gods or Demons take the form of Kaiju and fight in the third episode. Has a lot of Shinto and Buddhist myth thrown in. Also there is fairly famous doshuujin, Godzilla vs North Korea.spoiler[ It ends after the Peoples Army gets it butt kicked, millions of starving Koreans rush Godzilla, yelling "fresh meat".] Of course, NGE in many ways resembles Kaiju.
