Hi there!
First of all, sorry about my bad English. I'm from Spain, so don't be so harsh on me if I make some mistakes! I'll try to express myself as clearly as possible. A friend of mine is writing a term paper about anime's influence in the United States. Although he has found lots of information, he can't get any related to a specific field, which is funds or helps of the Japanese Government to export anime to North America. In the document he writes about the iniciatives Cool Japan and "All Nippon Entertainment Works", but he needs something more specific regarding the USA. Since the greater part of users of this forum are from North America, could you please give me some data about this topic? I'd be eternally grateful for that. The smallest info is enough  .
