Luka is my second best Vocaloid voice next to Miku, Rin being third, however having said that, you couldn't get a fag paper between either one of them as they are that close for me. I love Luka's sultry sounding voice that has a more mature sound and tone. She's great for Jazz, hard rock, heavy metal, R&B, and techno/trance. Does a nice ballade as well. Kei drew her design much too serious to my liking, and I think many artists that have used her VB have taken that design to mean she must sing in a painful way. That might be just me, but the majority of Luka's repertoire seems to be about hopelessness, or dispair, or the demon bitch from hell.
