For those that don't know, along with Gonzo doing Transformers: Cybertron (aka Galaxy Force) for Hasbro and Takara, they're also doing a G.I. Joe cartoon for Hasbro. While we've yet to see any solid info on the new show or even any production art, at the 2005 American International Toy Fair (going on right now) Hasbro is previewing the toy line based on this new show. These guys have a major East-meets-West vibe going on in my oppinion:

Geeze - I guess General Hawk has ordered some major PT since I had GI Joe toys. Either that, or they're on some MAJOR ROIDS!
I didn't catch a name plate for the African American gentleman there - you don't suppose that was Road Block? They sure look handsome in their Old Navy Cargo Pants - You think they steal those from Ken? |
