Noir sounds like a show I would like. Stylish film noir (oh, that's why they titled it Noir) elements, solid music, and a subtle plot developed slowly, all things I am very fond of. I will most certainly look into this series when I have the chance.

It really does not have many elements of film Noir... besides gangsters and suspense, along with detective work... I guess you could consider the main characters femme fatal, but they are not the victims... the best parts are the music and the action, although I really love the characters, animation, and plot as well...
