I apologize for this trivial question in advance, but I just have to get this straight. Are there separate voice actors for British and American releases? ANN only lists English cast/staff, so I couldn't figure it out.

Actually I believe ANN lists Spanish, Japanese, Italian, and whatever staff a show uses, so I would think they use the same VA unless the show creators feel otherwise.

Yeah, what I meant was, it isn't distinguished what country's English.

Generally, if there happens to be two or more English casts, they'll all be listed with brackets next to their name, indicating which dub the paticular actor was in (see Dragonball Z and Akira)

If you mean are there two seperate English dubs, one using American "English?" and the true English, born and evolved in England, then no. We here in the UK are just grateful to have "English?" dubs even if they are with American accents. The only ever English dub using all British actors that I'm aware of was when the BBC had permission to dub the first episode of UY for an anime theme night they produced about 4 years ago. It was excellent of course.  However having said that I can remember, when Manga Ent. was here, they use to bring the US VA's over here and use an editing facility located in a Welsh, Carmarthenshire, country manor house called "Derwyn Studios" I think that was the name of the house as well, Derwyn. They also had a second studio in Cardiff. I don't know if it still exists today though.
