[Q] Regarding episode titles for _A Heat for All Seasons_

The three OAVs of A Heat for All Seasons (Kitty Media page here) were originally released in North America as three separate VHS tapes--Summer Heat, Autumn Heat, and Winter Heat. Should I enter these appellations as alternate titles, or episode titles, or both?

Episode titles, then I'll add a comment explaining the situation, like the one for Magic Knight Rayearth 2.
