I thought it would have been changed by now since the information has been out for quite a while. The official title for Galaxy Angel 3 is Galaxy Angel A:

I think that's more than enough proof. Also the Galaxy Angel A DVD Complete Collection should go under Galaxy Angel A not Galaxy Angel. One last thing, Galaxy Angel 4th's official title is Galaxy Angel X:

Really, I think those "3" and "4th" names were just adopted from fansubs, I don't think they were ever official.
