Is there anybody in Trigun who fights without using a gun like say a hero with a knife?

I can't recall any knives offhand, but many of the Gunho Guns, despite the name, don't actually use guns to fight, but supernatural powers.

do you even know what your talking about!? if you know ANYTHING about the series, you know that spoiler[Knives uses the same gun as Vash]. anyway, there is one of the Gunho Guns that uses a sword, but he has some kind of supernatural katana, except the blade can be shot out like a spear and the sheath and handle can combine and transform into a gun. if you hadnt noticed, no matter what weapons the Guns use, they can transform into a gun, except Legato, who doesnt need any weapon at all. |

Nope. It's a sci-fi western--all the heroes use guns. Vash has a knife in his shoe . . . if that counts. |

Raidei the Blade uses a katana. I can't really recall much more than that, though; hell, I was lucky to even remember that the Japanese guy was called Raidei the Blade.
There was also a guy that curled his body up into a living cannonball, as I recall, as well. It's not a knife, but I don't think he used a gun, either. |

I should remeber his name... Hoopered the Gauntlet, I think. But if I remember correctly, he also had a gun-type weapon on the bottom of his shell. (Anime-verse, definately. Manga-verse, not so sure.) I don't think E.G. Mine had any guns. |

Didn't Zaze the Beast just control bugs instead of using a gun? And the Nebraska Family never used guns either. They just had that one freaky giant with the huge fist that spun around and shot out.

He used a gun if you ever saw the anime, rai the sword master's sword was a gun too. almost everyone used gun. the nebraska family used guns too. the old guy when he transforms and the big girls arms shot out. |

Why does it matter? The title is call trigun. If you haven't read it, than go read it. Can we get some topic with substance rather than just general question.
We're talking about the anime or the manga? In volume 2, I remember the samurai guy use the sword, not exactly like a gun. |
