is there any online tv stations which broadcast anime
if not is there a way to get japanese / american anime tv stations in the uk with a standerd sky dish

You can get Rapture on SKY which is running FMA and Wolf's Rain, but you cannot get American stations (other than maybe the odd news station) or Japanese stations.
