Hello,
I'm current a freshman at Longwood University in Farmville, VA and I'll be creating/starting and be the President of the first Anime Club at my school. My University is a fairly small with about 4,000 students. However there is are quite a bit of Anime fans/students interested, supposedly more than I know about. Now, I was told by a member at a very small Anime forum that I visit and who is a freshman at the University of Maine that the Anime Club he is in sometimes reviews Anime for big companies that's not even been released. This sounds like something cool that I'd be interested in trying to do as a part of the Anime Club I'll be leading. However I'm totally clueless on how such an arrangement works, and where to even start looking. I asked the guy I mentioned above and he didn't know enough to be much help. I thought I'd ask here. So does anyone here participate in a College/University Anime Club and can provide any information on this subject? I'd greatly appreciate any information. Thank for your time. |

Many of the big anime companies in North America have offers for anime clubs where they will send free stuff in exchange for reviews (though, sadly for my club up in Canada, much of these are only available in the States). So just go check up on some websites for the big distributors and see what's there.
