I just subscribed for shonen jump i was wonderin how long it takes for you to get the first issue so i kno if i should bye the july issue or not

Umm...

well, I don't know about you, but I sent my subscription in about December/January and they didn't get to it until about late march. But as soon as I had the invoice in, then they sent all the back issues I had supposedly missed.....

It is a monthly issue, unlike Japan, where its weekly.
The first issue should arrive about 2 weeks after the start of the next coming month after the subscription is processed.
