Boy, good luck tracking that one down. I don't believe it was ever released in the States, so you might have to resort to Japanese home video - if such a thing even exists.

Pioneer LDC released Uchū Ace DVD box sets in 2002, and they seem to be out of print now. You can buy them at Amazon Japan Marketplace. However, they are R2J DVDs and probably without English sub and dub, and probably most of the sellers don't ship them to foreign countries.
