If it weren't for the Teddie images or location names, I'd guess it's "Persona 5." But I'm guessing it's probably not.

Maybe some OVA's to fill in Golden parts of the game? Nah, that would probably be announced through the anime studio.

I bet we won't hear of Persona 5 until the final Persona 3 movie premieres.
