For all of those who read the most current manga chapters of Naruto, how do you feel about the new chapters? I know I used to complain about how most of the Naruto fights were dragged out but...now they are just too dang short. Seriously, these fights are only 2 chapters long and rather predictable....and lame. The most current arc I actually enjoyed was the Save Gaara arc, but those fights were kind of lame as well. The "Find Sasuke Again" arc was just pathetic, and this current training and Hidan/Kankuzu arc has been very boring. As for One Piece, the most current chapters have been amazing, with an amazing arc that looks to end in a...well, amazing way I think Kishimoto is running out of ideas...what do you guys think?

If you added spoilers, try using them the right way.
But who knows, maybe these battles will lead to something greater and better down the road. Sometimes with myself, if I follow the storyline, I usually see battles as not really all that important, in SOME cases. But, larger battles are important, those that could turn the series' plot. A "twist" if you would like to call it that.
In any case, I do sense where your coming from. I guess it's not all that fun to see a short battle. Ah well, that's part of life I suppose.

The Naruto manga has been going downhill ever since the start of Part II, I remember back when I used to wait eagerly for the next chapter, but now, I almost don't care what happens next, it's only the remenant of the fangirlism inside of me and the Akatsuki members who are sadly more interesting than the main characters themselves that keeps me check the current chapters anyway in hope for things to spice up
I don't have problems with the fights, though they indeed got kind of boring, but the storyline seems a bit abstract and has lost some of the quality associated with the chapters of the first part, like the Chuunin exam and the Sasuke retrieval arc ones.

Part II has been terrible. If the anime filler didn't involve Naruto himself for every episode, it would be easily superior to Kishimoto's work; instead, both the manga and anime alternate between "worst interpretation of Naruto" on a weekly basis.
...
The current arc has been better than the rest of Part II by virtue of not featuring the titular lead character.
