In Japan, I think they CAN carry these things around because everyone assumes it is a replica or airsoft. That said, for $500 I think I'd rather buy the real thing for just a little more. In the states it's too realistic to run around with it as a toy, so may as well get the real one and use/enjoy it where/when appropriate. Then again, I can think of revolvers I'd rather own than this one, but the whole point is moot anyway since you can't have the real thing in Japan and can only settle for replicas/airsoft. When you can't get the real thing, may as well get as close as possible if that's what you're into. |
